2 months on the pill, Are my symptoms normal?

Hi, My gynae recently put me on Rigevidon for 3 months to see what happens to my endo symptoms. Apparently the symptoms I have are puzzling as they don't fit into the textbook description.

I'm in month 2 and have found that I havent stopped spotting for 5 weeks. (1 week since starting the pill. I feel like sex triggered this?)

I have also been shedding uterine lining. Only tiny pieces but recently they've gotten bigger l< 3 cm long.

The fatigue I'm experiencing is shattering and have also recently felt slightly feverish, chills and aches but never gotten sick.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they've had similar symptoms, if its normal etc,

Thanks in advance x

I've also been bleeding for 5 weeks they keep giving me different meds to stop it but they not working. I also was feeling run down and exhausted turns out I was low on iron because of all the bleeding so got put on iron tablets . It's all a constant battle x
