IBS symptoms from the pill?

Has anyone had any IBS like symptoms whilst on the combined pill? I have been getting some really bad stomach cramps affecting my ribs and back and I am thinking it could be down to the pill. The last time I had similar symptoms was about 8 years ago when I was on the combined pill and I stopped having any of these symptoms a while after stopping the pill. I am thinking the returning symptoms could be because I am on the combined pill again.

I've just gone back on the pill on the 4th April and ever since I have struggled with IBS symptoms EVERY DAY! This hasn't ever happened to me before so I have questioned if it is something to do with the pill..

I think my symptoms are down to the pill as I have never had IBS symptoms when I haven’t been on the pill

I had very bad ibs symptoms on dienogest, I'm careful what I eat anyway because of endo but on dienogest I was super sensitive to almost everything

I’m currently on Millinette pill and have just been prescribed dienogest to see if that makes a difference! I have been on dienogest before but can’t remember how it affected me.

For me was OK for two weeks and then day by day was getting worse , I started to bleed every day, pain every day, fatigue like crazy , food intolerance and mentally I wasn't OK so foer me never again.But lot of women love it, its very individual.
