Hiya I am 22 years old and been diagnosed this month with endo. It is believed I have had it for a good few months now but doctors wouldnt look further into my case till i ended up in a&e curled up in extreme pain. I have so many symptoms going on and i have no clue if they are to do with the endo or not. I also have no clue on what stuff i could try to help me.I have pain 24/7 ranging from pain i can deal with in everyday life to pain where i am stuck in bed.
Sometimes it feels like i have a weight on my stomach and above. Is this normal?
I have severe nausea and fatigue.
The bloating of my stomach ranges and it can be quite bad.
Does anyone have any tips or advice or stuff you use to help with any of this? Or stuff that helps with other symptoms.
I already have myoovi which helps so much and heat pads to use.
I just keep so much that is advertised to help endo but when you look into it i cant find if it actually does or if people with endo have used it at all.
So sorry for the long paragraph. Its just i knew my body inside and out and now i have no clue and am having to re learn all over again and i feel kinda lost with it all.
Thank you

so sorry to hear about this, it’s a rough ride. how were you diagnosed? If you had a laparoscopy it should really help you as they remove what endo they find and should give you some relief from the insane pain. It’s a lot to handle, be kind to yourself and keep track of your pain using an app/cycle tracker which really helps for spotting patterns etc. the tens machines like you have are really good, have you been given any pain relief? For me mefenamic acid is a miracle drug and really takes the edge of it. There are lots of great podcasts around which will inform you and help too xx
Thank you for your reply. I am hoping to have a laparoscopy. Only pain relief i have at the moment is codine. I have looked into mefenamic acid which i wanna ask for when i see my doctor xx
It is a rough ride, in some ways it helps being diagnosed young in some ways it doesn't as your left knowing your gonna be fighting with this for the long run. All the symptoms your describing I get aswell, so I can relate. I have a my oovi too and that does help. I also take the my oovi vitamins and the debloat and find that's really beneficial for me. Taking some sort of debloat or a probiotic might help with the bloating/stomach related problems your experiencing. Also finding out if you're deficient in anything and taking vits to help might help with the fatigue. I'm on amitriptyline of a night time, that helps me sleep and helps with my lower back pain. I also take mefenamic acid. I've been on lots of different meds but mefenamic acid has been the first thing to actually help with the lower ab pain and cramps other than codeine, which is not good to be taking all the time.
Thank you for replying. I was thinking about the myoovi vitamins so i think i will try them to help. I only have codeine right now which currently just sits there unless i am in so much pain i need a&e again. When i see my doctor next i want to ask for the mefenamic acid too. Hopefully to help me with the pain most days etc.
