I have written everything on my bio by mistake, need info of how to explain to manager I need to do something at home while I wait for the multi discipline team meeting. I’m going nuts being in the house all the time, I want to work, but can’t go anywhere as I can’t really hold anything in and the pain just comes quickly. Advice anyone?

hi perhaps call ACAS or citizens advice for advice around your rights. It sounds like it may come under the equality act for reasonable adjustments

From the start I have asked Trade Union Rep about information, she said it is hidden disability .

I have asked my HR to refer me to Occupational Health, but they asked -what would I like?

So we have agreed for Reasonable adjustments for 1 year.

My GP said that I can have a sick note stated Not able to work but I can’t afford it cos live alone.

I have applied for PIP but it is a long process, waiting for a tribunal appeal now.
