Hello, I am new here and looking for any advice.
Since I was 10 and had my first period I have been in excruciating pain every month. After the birth of both my sons via c-section my periods changed and I thought this is amazing. Mild cramping and less bleeding. That didn’t last.
When I turned 40 things changed my bleeding and pain intensified to the point I was taking weeks off work, crying, anxious and very very low. I’d be screeching in pain for my husband to help me to take this pain away.
Two years of GP appointments and I eventually got an appointment to see a consultant.
Long story short i have been on Decapeptyl and HRT for over a year and a half. To begin with the medication was life changing however in the last 4 months I am bleeding every three weeks and losing what feels like pieces of my insides every time I go to the bathroom.
I am on the waiting list for a hysterectomy.
Has anyone experienced this?
