Hi there all I have a hydrosalpinx which is 6cm and they don't seem to be so fussed about removing it.. I also have possible endometriosis due to a uterus repair surgrey in 2021 ... the ultrasound picked up my hydrosalpinx it was 4cm n now it is nearly 6cm 2months after.. I have left pelvic pain, hip pain, lower back pain amd pain down my inner thighs .... the endo specialist who I seen inserted a mirena coil and said to wait 6 months... but my concern is every where I am reading it says hydrosalpinx needs to be removed especially if it's affecting my daily life... which mine is! Now I am under the hospital gynae which has a long wait but he said to me 6 months I will have a scan... I'm literally sat here in tears I am having no answers from any where... has anyone else experienced a hydrosalpinx this big.. any advice would be appreciated.. ty xx

I have this - it's blood in your fallopian tubes isn't it? Or water? I think. It came up on my MRI but not on the ultrasounds. I have stage 4 endo too and fibroids and lots of cysts on my left ovary. What is the pain from this like? My consultants weren't that bothered about it as I'm past child bearing stage.

I don't have much plain just constant, heavy bleeding which has made me anaemic. They cannot get it to stop. It's awful x

Pain not plain. Also when you say how big it is are you referring to how much blood is in the tubes?

I've no idea to be honest. With everything else I've got, I've not worried about this as my consultant isn't. Hope it's OK xx
