ectopic experiences?

Following lap excision (13 weeks ago) of rectovaginal and pelvic (including around left ovary) endo, and years of infertility with many rounds of IVF/FETs, we were encouraged to try naturally for a few months before returning to IVF. We were surprised but excited to find we were pregnant after our first cycle of trying, as we’ve never had this happen before. But this has quickly turned into a nightmare with a left tubal ectopic pregnancy.

I was just wondering if anyone has had an ectopic after their lap excision but then gone on to have a successful intrauterine pregnancy? Just needing some hope stories right now 😓
