Hello, I have endometriosis & bowel endometriosis, I also have chronic rumbling and gurgling sounds in my stomach when I lie down, every day, it does not stop, and it comes with cramps, is it related to endometriosis? If yes, did any of you find a solution to it? It's very embarrassing and it's messing up with my social life 🥲 please help thanks

wow I never even thought about relating these!!
For as long as I remember I’ve always had a gurgling belly, and when I started working in an office I was so paranoid😭 so many people commented on it “someone’s hungry” no my stomach is a mess leave me alone😂
It gurgles if I’m hungry, it gurglee when I eat.
It gurgles when I need a bowel movement, it gurgles after a bowel movement.
It’s relentless!! And it’s LOUD!
Tbh, I do find it really embarrassing but I get the point where I just ignore it and if someone comments regularly I explain I have problems in that area and it gurgles 24/7 there’s nothing I can do.
I’m having surgery next week but I think I have bowel endo based on my symptoms.
But I also got told I have IBS, no idea if I have both endo and IBS or it’s just endo causing IBS style symptoms but I just put it all down to that my belly is a mess really.
Sorry no tips as I wouldn’t even know where to start. I’ve just learnt it’s part of my life now 🤷🏽♀️
Ps. My stomach is gurgling as I write this😂 x
I used to have this along with horrible IBS cramps. I have severe Endo. Once I overhauled my diet tho (no meat, no ultra-processed food, lots of veg etc.) it went away so I think my digestive system wasn’t happy with how I ate!
I’ve had this in the past, and it was so loud and always had someone mention that I must be hungry! Years ago I gave up refined sugar, and cut sugar out of my diet (didn’t cut out fruit, but made sure that in things like soups / sauces / bread, I wasn’t having hidden added sugars) and it went away! Now it only comes back if my diet has been quite sugar heavy again, and never as bad as it was before.
