dionogest: zalkya v’s dimitrum

I had excision surgery in April 23 and was prescribed zalkya instead of cerazette. It’s been difficult to get from pharmacies however the pharmacy gave me dimitrum this time and by the time I’d got home and noticed it was different they were closed for the holidays. The nausea I have had the past few days is severe and anti sickness tablets didn’t even take the edge off. It could be a coincidence but has anyone had good or bad experience with dimitrum?

For ref I can’t say I had any different side effects on zalkya compared to cerezette, potentially lower mood.
