ovarian cysts

hi all,

I constantly have cysts in my ovary which causes a lot of pain, I’m in agony pretty much all the time and tramadol doesn’t really touch the pain, but they won’t give me anything stronger. Today I had an ultrasound scan, she said I have a cyst roughly 3.5cm and a lesion in my ovary. Does the lesion in my ovary show a sign that I might have endometriosis in my ovary? She couldn’t confirm what type of cyst it is but has anyone else been told they have a lesion in their ovary? And if so what was the reasoning for it? Hope someone can relate. Thank you x
