I'm desperate to have a hysterectomy and am seeing the consultant in 2 months. I'd be interested to know how long people have had to wait. My rough guess is 2 years 😢Thank you 💕

It depends where you are and who your consultant is. I know there are some horror stories of waiting times on here but it's not all bad. I was put on the list for a total hysterectomy due to endo and a adeno and had the operation six weeks later. I'm in the south west. A lot of hospitals are extending surgical procedure hours to catch up with covid backlogs. I hope you don't wait too long.
