Gynaecologist Help

Hi there,I've been diagnosed with endo previously and have had around 4 surgeries in total. I haven't had surgery in about 8 years now and have been taken of my original gynaecologist due to covid i and can't get back to see him. I have seen 2 other consultants who are absolutely useless and not listening to me. My question is are there any special lists I can be asked to be put on by my GP to see a endo specialist? I'm in Northern Ireland and really struggling this past few years with issues but this past 3 months has been awful. Constant pain in my left side which will not leave and I have been checked for cysts etc but nothing on scan. I can't afford to pay private for surgery but I could afford to pay to see a specialist if that would help get me to see the right person and on a NHS list under them. Any help would be greatly appreciated please as it is really have an effect on my mental health being in constant pain.
