Period overdue and pain

What does everyone take for pain? I'm on day 33 of cycle and still no bleed and the last 3 days its been excruciating pain but still havent started. Normally when I get pain this bad it starts within 24 hours and the pain slowly eases. I'm just taking paracetamol, buscopan and lots of heat, I cant take anti inflammatory pain relief due to having asthma. Thankyou

I get solpadiene over the counter when my pain is bad. I get the max strength ones and also use a hot water bottle.

You could try co-codamol instead of paracetamol. Low dose available over the counter I think, higher dose from GP.

I have mild asthma and took anti-inflammatories for years with no problems, but certainly I wouldn’t advise doing that without discussing it with a doctor.

It’s worth speaking to your GP and getting something prescribed you can use in future flare-ups. Hopefully this one is settling by now.

I've tried them dont touch it. Still in pain and still no bleed day 38
