Pain in upper abdomen

Could there possibly be any explanation other than endo for pain in my UPPER abdomen 2 days before and during my period. Pain that worsens when I inflate my belly or put force on it in that way...

It is super normal. I would have pains in my chest, back, rectum, shoulders, stomach, and more. It was terrible. Have you contacted your doctor? Had the surgery?

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I've been with my gynecologist and she's considering looking inside for endo. I wish I could be more sure before I do the surgery, because I don't want to do it for nothing! I was just wondering if there could be other explanations for my upper abdomen pains or if it's pretty sure to be endo...

Do you have any other symptoms? It would definitely be worth it wither way. Pray they find nothing! They simply insert a scope into your belly button. If they find nothing, that's it and they stitch you up, no scar! And if it is, there's 2 more little punctures and they can remove it robotically (go that route!)

Have you been inspected for diaphragmatic/ thoracic endometriosis? I would do that. But, keep an open mind thereafter.

Thanks for your reply! No I haven't gotten checked by lap yet! Ive had ultrasound which was fine. I'm from canada and considering going to an endo clinic in usa where they specialize in such. My gynecologist here in canada would do excision and ablation and I've heard to burn it off is a bad idea. But I don't want to spend 35,000 to go to USA if it turns out to not be endo! So I'm just looking for some input on whether anything else could cause that pain above my belly button around my period... I have some digestive symptoms too...
