get an mri. Sounds like adenomyosis
I find that unless my period is due or I'm in a period there is no sign of Endometriosis. When I pass urine I'm in pain and it's like yours. I constantly feel like I need to pee. I have been prescribed medication for that, doctor said its a separate issue. However I also know its a endo symptom.
did you ever discover what this was? I had very similar to you, following my second c section. During my lap yesterday it was discovered that I didn’t have endometriosis but I did have severe scar tissue attaching my bladder to my uterus. While they managed to remove some either side they couldn’t touch the main adhesions. Like you I had terrible right flank pain for over a year, pain at ovulation to the point my lower belly feels tender and swollen and pain at my period, which is they they went down the lap route for endometriosis. Did they mention anything to you about scar tissue?
