Pain in lower back

Does anyone know how to ease the lower back pain while walking,I am unable to walk straight for long distance,I can't do my cleaning and washing,I have to take so many breaks in doing things,is there any help I can get to do things,I am being strong from outside for my daughter but inside I am helpless, making myself comfort in taking breaks ,my stool still leak and sometimes I smell very bad noticed by others too, bloating,gas and acidity and gaining weight so much,I can't breathe properly now.please help me understanding what help I can get from council,I have applied only for a card of bowels and urine intolerance so I can use public toilet,is there anything else as my rights I can do to make life easier.if i do more with my body I get sick so just trying to do slowly slowly in breaks , some days in bed only,I feel tired,sick and sleepy

Same as you I've got the accessible toilet radar key. But I get nothing else government wise. Others on here get PIP. which is money for helping less able people get on with life.

I look at gentle videos on YouTube called the flower empowered. She helps with muscle tightness for painful abs back and pelvic floor

See a good chiropractor, one trained at Bournemouth College. Pain and inflammation caused by endometriosis pulls ligaments attached to the back and can pull them out of alignment getting that sorted will help. May take a few sessions and a painful period may pull it back but it should ease your problem. A good chiropractor should tell you if he can help and point you in the direction if he can’t.
