I'm currently waiting to have a lap to diagnose what I'm pretty confident is endo. I'm currently having 24/7 pain, this flare up has last about a month so far. I wanted to see if other people have similar pain - mine doesn't seem to generally be in my lower tummy like regular period pain.
It tends to be worst just below where my underwear starts (around my groin), the tops of my legs and my lower back. I'm pretty confident its endo from all my other symptoms but I do wonder about the location of the pain, because its not usually abdominal. Please help.

Hi there, I'll start by saying I'm in the same boat here and I'm not a doctor. The groin pain lower back pain and under you painty line pain is very well likely your pelvic floor which encompasses all that. With the pain you are in daily, your body gets upset and the muscles tight. Same as when you tense your shoulders and curl away from being hit. I'm not saying it's not endo related, it could all be wrapped up on different parts of your insides and it's inflammation of that. But I have the tightest pelvic floor including the tail bone, the abductors down my legs included that the Dr's in the clinic at sexual health have ever seen. I've got a theragun for releasing the muscles. You can massage to help with your hands. But I have weak wrists and don't like touching my own body (personal issues) so the theragun does it for me. Sorry I can't be more help. I'm sure there are others who will comment soon
hi I had a lot of pain in groin, lower back and left leg. It improved greatly when a endometrioma was removed from that side. Have you had an ultrasound to check for cysts?
