Endo pain and tight chest/ breathlessness?

Hi ladies!

I have noticed that sometimes when I am experiencing endo pain (e.g. lower back) or a mild endo flare, that I feel almost breathless or tight-chested. Nothing major, and it doesn't particularly concern me as it is not enough to interfere with my life, but I was wondering if anybody else had had a similar experience before?

Thanks! :)

yes, I do! I noticed gradually probably a couple of years ago that occasionally I’d be unusually breathless going up the stairs and that I couldn’t finish a sentence without taking a breath, then it would be fine for a bit. It’s gradually got a bit worse over time and I now get some chest pain with it, it happens more often and more significantly. I suspect it is endo related, but am currently on a very long waiting list for a second opinion as to whether I even have endo so who knows! I did go to my GP about it and he put me through ultrasounds and ecgs in a two week wait capacity, thankfully they all came back clear! It may be worth following up with your GP to be sure?
