Vagina discomfort

Hello everyone! I’ve been diagnosed with Endo and PCOS - waiting for some MRI results and surgery currently…

Ever since my last period (which was really horrendous) my body hasn’t seemed to recover like it normally does. My vagina feels horrible like it’s closing up and there’s something stuck in there which is itchy and uncomfortable. I’ve now got horrible lower abdominal pain/discomfort to go with it. When I walk it feels like I’m just jostling everything inside me. It feels different to my normal cyclical pain and more like the chronic pain I dealt with towards the beginning of my journey when I had repeated bouts of thrush and needed cryocautery of my cervix.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Could it just be a weird version of thrush or linked to Endo or PCOS?

Feeling like there something inside could be an endometrial cyst between the vagina and rectum which is pushing on the vagina. It wouldn't directly cause itchiness but maybe if it is stopping the normal secretions that clean the vagina from getting out, that might cause itchiness.
