Botox injections

Does anyone have experience with vaginal botox injections? Any recommendations?

My gynaecologist has advised against it as he has not heard of it before, yet my physiotherapist has suggested I should have it done! Talk about being confused about what to do.

I have only been able to find this privately in London which is a lot of travel for me and is rather costly for me to even think about it. Currently been under physiotherapy for 3 years and they have recently discharged me as they say there is nothing else they can do.
