It depends on what kind of cysts they are. If they are functional cysts (a by-product of ovulation) these do usually resolve on their own unless very big, So assuming they are endometriomas (ovarian endo) then as long as they are completely excised including the cyst wall then those particular cysts won't regrow, But new ones can.
Removal can affect ovarian reserve and fertility so if this is an issue then it needs to be a considered discussion with the surgeon,
Endometriomas are often associated with deep rectovaginal endo so it is important that this is checked for if you have suggestive symptoms and the best way is by a specialist ultrasound by someone with the expertise to look for it.
