Colon hydrotherapy

Hello beautiful people,

I had my lap in April and since then I haven’t been opening my bowels regularly if at all for days on end. I am always bloated even with changes to my diet and increased my water intake but still no help. I’ve found a local therapist who does colon hydrotherapy and spoken to her who has nothing but good things to say.

I’d love your views/ opinions on this, whether you’ve had a similar experience post lap or if you’ve experienced colon hydrotherapy.

HiDid they tell you the extent of your Endo and what they removed, did they remove any?

Constipation is quite common, I’ve no experience of that treatment and although I’m very much into alternatives, speak to your Gynae about it, or at least GP
