I got some bloods done after a referal to a gynecologist for endo. They all came back fine. I read online that it is CA125 that they check for in the bloods for endo, but I can't see a reference to that in any of the breakdowns of the results in the NHS app. I have been through all 4 tests they did (haemoglobin A1c , white blood cells, bone profile, liver function and electrolites, and SARS) but cant see reference to it anywhere. Does it have another name or do they just not tell you if its negative?
I've heard if its not present in your blod then you are very unlikely to have endo but the pains i experie are so bad it can't be nothing.

If you can't see that it was tested for then it wasn't.
Unfortunately GPs limit what they test for due to cost. Also sometimes if they ask for a test to be tested for the lab won't do it as the lab technicians decide the request reasons don't meet the NHS criteria they are given as a GP isn't a specialist.
CA125 levels can be used as an indicator but isn’t a fool-proof way of saying there is or isn’t Endo. My best friend has severe stage 4 Endo and her CA125 levels are normal. Bloods aren’t a way of seeing if Endo is there, more to rule out other issues
