Review on Monday

I'm not sure how to express to the Dr how much the hormones are affecting my mood I understand I have to have them before an operation but would it be possible to change hormones? I am also slightly concerned they are affecting my blood as my haemoglobin was slightly raised and as far as I know I haven't been ill. I have been highly anxious about my grandad who has been diagnosed with blood cancer and slightly anxious about the results of the braca test which probably doesn't help.

May I suggest writing a list of key words to express what you want to say. Write a list in your phone just incase you forget during the appointment.

I use this approach and have to plan the appointments like work meetings x
