Bowels and bladder

I was wondering if endometriosis can still affect your bowels and bladder if it was not found growing around them? I had a laparoscopy and they found endometriosis around the canal so fairly distant from these organs. Should I be concerned that they didn’t find it all or is there potential that I get IBS symptoms without anything to worry about?
