Hi I am new here as need some support for my endo. I am waiting surgery to completely diagnose my endo but I am currently having a flare up I think. My symptoms are lower belly pain, spotting, diarrhoea, anxiety. My doctor agrees but hasn’t really done any thing to help me. If anyone has any suggestions of how to help me that would be great x

Hi Louise2468

A really warm welcome to the forum - it's nice to see that one of our members has already reached out to you.

We have a comprehensive treatment pack on our website that you may like to look through - aside from offering advice on conventional pain relief, it also has a lot of detail on complementary therapies that could help to minimise stress and anxiety - hopefully you'll find a few ideas that will help you to manage your symptoms. You can download this at endometriosis-uk.org/endome... - scroll down on the page and click on the link 'Laparoscopic Surgery for Endometriosis'.

Wishing you all the best x
