does anyone wake up with gas pains every morning?

I'm getting so fed up...I can't remember the last morning I woke up with a flat stomach! I always wake up with bad gas pains in my stomach - does anyone else get this?

I sometimes get that, not sure if it's endo, but mine depends on what I've had to eat the night before. I find if I have lots of dairy or wheat for dinner I bloat up overnight - usually only have that when I go out for meals though as I try not to have much of those anyway.

I get that gas pain and bloating the week before and during my period too.

Sometimes it can happen too if you're gut is upset anyways so if it's regular and pretty much independent of what you eat, endo or not you can have your gp test your gut bacteria for IBS or similar...gut problems are related to endo too.

I have to take probitic tablets with my last meal every day to help boost my bacteria so the next day my gut can digest foods better - I get stressed easily so doc says I kill off my gut bacteria too quickly lol!

thanks; I don't eat wheat or dairy and I take a probiotic, so my gut is just silly

Yes yes and YES!!! Its so annoying i have to waddle my way to the toilet and let it out its so painful and it just doesnt stop and seems to only be worse in the mornings (pain wise). I had a colonoscopy done about 1 month ago and everything seemed to be squeeky clean and there isnt anything abnormal with my diet although i havent seen a dietition so just may do that to rule things out but dont really think what i eat is an issue. Such a weird one!
