Laparoscopy after care advice

hi l am finally getting my lap surgery mid to late June after being bumped 3 times due to health worries. They have recently discovered a heart murmur for which l am having ECG in about 3 weeks. I am also on my 3rd day of having caught Covid, l will be 76 at this time and would appreciate tips on after care and gentle exercise, l love walking around my garden which is all on one level.

They have decided to remove a 5 inch cyst (is this what people are calling endometriosis) both ovaries and both fallopian tubes. My main worry is my age do you think this will make my recovery time and pain level management more difficult.

Thank you for any advice you are able to give, stay safe.
