Hello! So I'm never not in pain and it's genuinely getting to me mentally seeing everyone my age flourish physically while I'm in a body that doesn't work the way I want it to. I have a friend who works full time and then does the gym and at least one other activity every single day whereas if I did just one of her days, it'd completely knock me for the rest of the week.
With that being said, I've heard a lot about cbd being quite helpful for the chronic pains. I do already take amitriptyline for the pains but need something else alongside it.
Ideally something not too expensive (I am a full time artist but certainly not on a full time wage 😅)
Thanks so much for any help! And sorry for the rambles, it's virtually impossible for me to not talk on and on 🤣x

I've used cbd products alongside my painkillers since my diagnosis over 2 years ago and have found it useful, although rather than a pain reliver I find it calms and relaxes me when I'm struggling with pain.
I use cbd oil and cbd gummies from a company called cbd asylum. Theyre not too expensive. Its best to try the lower doses and build up to the higher ones once you find something that helps. Its definitely worth a try xx
There is a FaceBook group, CBD users UK, you might find helpful to post your questions. Make sure to check interactions with your medication, for example you might have to leave a few hours before taking CBD for some meds.,
That's such a good point about medication! I'm on a few different ones and would have never even thought about that so I really appreciate you letting me know! I'll check out the group today 🥰
