Hello, it’s me! Going for vaginal ultrasound scans tomorrow to test for any abnormalities (after 14 months with no period) experienced some bleeding. But right now and for last few weeks my dull pelvis ache is back, (body feels like it’s trying to ovulate) and I have bad lower back ache and my right hip where all my problems have been (right hand sided) keeps giving way and I can’t move my hip like I used to. I do have a fibroid. I’m even worrying about the actual vaginal ultrasound as the legs need to go frog like and I can’t do that anymore!!!! Maybe it’s all unrelated but does anyone out there have a history of diagnosed endometriosis (35 years) then become menopausal, then pain resurface? If so, why? I know my endometriosis never went away but I would have thought being period free might have “quietened” things down. Am not on any HRT. Help?

Yes, in my case the pain never went away. It was there before during and after menopause. Hope you can get some help.
My hip pain has got worse since my endo was discovered at 52. My pain is left sided and gets worse with medication or sugar.
