Pain post-hysterectomy

Hello, I'm 13 weeks post-hysterectomy and endo excision, which I opted for as all else failed. I had endo and adenomyosis- long story! I seemed to be doing really well, and now today I was awake very early due to pain and crazy bloating. I can barely sit up or walk, it's horrible. I did try some stretches a couple of days ago which my physiotherapist had suggested. Could I have really overdone it? In a way I'd be glad if it was down to that. It's very upsetting to think you're doing well and then suddenly have deja vu, feeling just like I used to before the op. I'm on Utrogestan to suppress any endo which may have been left, although my surgeon was one of the best and very thorough. Any ladies who have had set backs like this? Thanks.

Hi, so sorry to hear you are suffering so much after going through so much surgery too. What type of hysterectomy did you have? Have you tried to contact your endo specialist/ gynaecologist? I don’t think stretches 13 weeks later would cause you harm so it might be best to contact the doctors. I hope it improves xx

I had a TAH and BSO and my pain rocketed but that was as endo was sewn into vaginal vault. If endo was on uterosacral ligaments there is a risk of it being in vault but hopefully it was all excised.
