Hi. I have PCOS and I suspect that I have endometriosis as well. I am only 20 and my last ultrasound was a few years ago. If anyone has both PCOS and endo would they be able to let me know how they knew they had both and how they went about going to the doctor? It took me so long to get my PCOS diagnosis because of how hard it is for doctors to take you seriously. My symptoms a while I'm on my period incredibly heavy bleeding, nausea, dizziness, blood in urine, fatigue, back pain. I also have irregular bowel movements all of the time with IBS like symptoms. I've always put these symptoms down to PCOS but if anyone can let me know whether this is irregular for PCOS and there could be something more like endo then please let me know.
