Decapeptyl and long term use ?

I am stage 3/4 endometriosis and adenmyosis I am current awaiting extensive surgery to treat the endo and have a mirena coil fitted

However until then I am on Decapeptyl injections, I am 29 and this will be the 3rd time I have been on this course of treatment once zoladex and then 2 times Decapeptyl, each cycle has been for 6 months only but this cycle has been extended past that until my operation

It worries me and it’s taking it’s toll as my pain and symptoms of endo are now returning and I have agreed to continue the cycle but I feel this may have been the wrong choice

Help please even just advice or thoughts ? ❤️
