Flare up after lifting too much

Hi,

First post here. I was just wondering if anyone has made a link between doing strenuous activities and a flare up? I work in a high paced job with a lot of moving and handling of individuals. I’ve noticed since over doing it yesterday, I’ve been in severe pain today with quite a lot of bleeding compared to what I usually get with a flare up.

Yes I have noticed this too I try and pace myself but somethings you just forget

I’ve noticed this too. I was agony after lifting heavy boxes. Definitely taking it easy from now on

Absolutely! I have had to be careful with this for years. I found it really helpful to slowly build up by core and muscles to make every day tasks easier but I avoid significant heavy lifting altogether. As much as that’s possible with a 1 year old! x
