Hi, I’m 5 weeks post laparoscopic endometriosis surgery and myomectomy procedure. I’ve not had a period since the 4th of November. I’ve been having all the pms symptoms for the last week and today I had a very light pink-orange discharge. Is this my period? I have no pain and no heavy flow so far. I don’t know if this counts as period or the worse is yet to come. Everyone told me my first period will be heavy and very painful so that’s why I’m kinda confused.
