Microscopic endo

Hi I was wondering if anyone has heard of or been diagnosed with microscopic endo before?

I had a laraposcopy in August by a general gynea who found no endo, but told me I had a fibroid on my womb

I'm still in the same pain as before and my consultant has advised the size of the fibroid would not be causing the pain and he thinks I could have microscopic endo but has referred me to a fertility clinic to try help me get pregnant

Has anyone heard of this or got experience?
