Initial appointment with specialist

Hello I was diagnosed with Endo several years ago via a lap. But after having two children it came back with a vengeance.

I have an initial appointment this weekend after a two year wait,

Can anybody give me any advice on what I should be telling them just so I get everything across in a short amount of time and so that they will listen to me?
