Mri showed ovaries fused together to womb

Hi everyone, I am currently in menopause due to being on the zodlex injections with HRT due to having endometriosis that was diagnosed in 2019 by laparoscopic surgery.

I have also just been diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain, due to having untreated endometriosis for a long time. I am awaiting physio for this but i have been told that I have to wait until my 4th injection to have it?!

I had an MRI a few weeks ago an it came back that my ovaries are fused to my uterus with old endometriosis tissue and it’s also fused to my rectum, however I have been told it won’t grow anymore due to me being in menopause. I am in a lot of pain everyday and I am having to take a lot of time of work, I am having another follow up in December and I am worried that they won’t give me a second laparoscopic surgery as they keep saying they want to see how I am on the zodlex injections (I feel no difference , just horrible side effects) has anyone else experienced this before?

I have a similar issue, last December which found that all my pelvic organs are fused together with multiple adhesions. Bowel, utirus,tubes,ovaries, bladder. I started my injections in March which were only supposed to be for 3 months. I'm now in a wheelchair as the endo is pushing on my spine and it happened gradually over the last six months. I was told back in March that I would be getting a hysterectomy but only just found out of gp that I'm classed as too high risk. Was in hospital last week and Ive gone from chronic to severe so to me all that shows that it can still get worse.

Unfortunately, it seems that in our position, its like we are constantly having to fight for the care we need. I still get random bleeds on injections, how about you.xx
