Induced menopause

Hello,

I am going into induced menopause after having a laparoscopy, IUD, contraceptive implant and taking progesterone tablets for a year.

Could anyone tell me their experience. What should I expect? I am 24 years old so am nervous about ruining my chances of pregnancy.

Thanks

HiSorry I can’t help re pregnancy, I had Zoladex, it can work well for some. If you don’t like needles use Emla cream to numb area, I put on about hour to hour half.

It’s only licensed for six months

I can totally relate as I’m in the same position, just without the extra implant. Definitely also worried about ruining my chances of future pregnancy’s, considering I’ve never had kids. I’m yet to hear other peoples experiences!
