Zoladex flare

Hi everyone,

9 months into Zoladex treatment for endo.

I started bleeding heavily with severe pelvic pain both requiring hospital admission.

Has anyone else ever took a period whilst on Zoladex? Consultant said it was very rare this happened to me.

I was on zoladex for 3 months, i bled after the second injection, which i think was a period, mainly just had horrible menopausal symptoms throughout. But it definitely seems rare to bleed a lot on it!!

Yeah my Gynae Consultant told me to expect a period as of such first month of injection, however, I’m now near a year in. The hospital couldn’t figure out why this has happened. Just keen to see if anyone else experienced it or I’m just a rare case 🙈😂😂 x
