Food causing symptoms

Hi all. Does anyone else get this…

I’m not 100% sure but I think that every time I eat a larger portion of food, it causes me to bleed, have cramps etc the next day.

I have suspected bowel endo so I guess could make sense but I’ve been out for a meal once or twice lately and have eaten more than I would at home. Then the next day I have a lot of bleeding (not sure if it’s coming from bowel), really bad cramps and pain.

I know certain foods can cause flares but not seen anything about quantity.

Anyone else have anything similar?

I've had really bad periods when I've eaten a big greasy meal from the chipshop.

Yep. I have to be really careful in and around my periods but sometimes that makes no difference and have awful flare ups no matter what I eat. Turns out I had endo sticking down my intestine and colon which contributed to my symptoms. I would often be sick during a flare up after eating as I couldn't digest properly. My consultant said it is also the chemicals being produced by endo that can make you feel like that. Have you got any details on a possible lap?

I am so glad I am not the only one, no matter what I eat I can't win and when wake up in the morning tummy is at its flattest but by end if day I look 6months pregnant everyday. The constant red not poking pain from the inside on my right pelvis is insane but I have only had one laparscopy and noone will do a surgery since , that was in 2018. Only thing I'm being offered is decapeptyl injections and I reacted very badly on it so I hope you get some answers soon.
