Finally being heard!!

I've just come off a call with my new gynae, we spoke a few months ago so this is my second time dealing with him and I literally sobbed the second we ended the call because for the first time in 6 years I actually felt heard and like he genuinely wanted to help.

The second I mentioned how horrible my pelvic and leg pains have been and that I'm having to walk around with a belted hot water bottle, he immediately prescribed me Amitriptyline to see if that not only helps the pain for that, but could also help with my ibs!!! What a win!!!
