Anyone else filled one of these in?

Hiya, so I got an email about 2 weeks ago asking me to fill in a form (Medical Health History Questionnaire) I then got an email saying that my questionnaire will trigger something and the Preoperative Assessment Team will be in contact with further information and advice within one week! So roll on nearly 2 weeks later and I've still not heard anything 🙁 has anyone else filled one of these in? If so how long was it before u heard anything? Do u think I should call someone and see what's going on? I'm so desperate to have my surgery as I've been waiting a long time for this now. Any advice would be great, thanku and hope everyone is doing ok xx

Hello Pureunicorn that’s great you have heard from the hospital but not so great that they haven’t responded to your health questionnaire. Prior to surgery i only signed a consent form and told to check that all details were correct, not really sure why when that could be done at an appointment, waste of resources. Anyway that isn’t helping you 🥰so I would call the medical secretary to see if they have received it and take it from there. Did they give you an indication of when you will be having your surgery? X

Hi AllthatGlitters 👋, I never did one last time I had surgery so not to sure why this time 🤷‍♀️ I think I'm going to wait till next week and then I'll call them on my morning off, no no mention of a date 😒. How are u doing? Hows it going not being on the injection? I've been getting such bad headaches so I went to the gp, my blood pressure was high 🙄 so had to go for another one the next day and they said it was ok that time! So god knows what's going on 😂 xx

Hello I have just been diagnosed with high BP and on tablets for that now. Started to bleed now I am not on the decepeptyl injections, bloating hasn’t gone down yet 🥲have you had a good pain free day? X
