Random pains

I got a referral to a gynaecologist just over a week ago. She said it could potentially be endo. I get pelvic pains quite frequently but they usually go as quickly as they come. Other times they might stay for a while. Has anyone else had this experience? I also wondered if there was an issue with my bowel. In the moments leading up to needing to go, I get very bad pains, almost like period cramps, which then stop as soon as I go to the toilet, and no pain during that either. Is this something often associated with endo? I'm a bit concerned the gynaecologist will just say it's IBS without considering any of my other symptoms.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few years ago and had the surgery. Unfortunately 2 cysts on my left ovary came back again...

For a few months now I have been suffering was random cramps in my abdomen area. I don't take anything for it only use a hot water bottle and then pain subsides.

I have pain too before going to the toilet.

I think IBS is associated with endometriosis as these are the symptoms unfortunately.

Have you tried changing your diet? And do you know about what type of foods to avoid with endometriosis suffers? As this is very important!
