How soon can ovarian cyst return post op ?

Hi I’m glad i found this community here , so I had a laparoscopy surgery to remove my rupture ovarian cyst on 23rd april and after a month and some days I went back to working out doing crushes , day 2 my incision were severely sore and I became swollen and bloated and constipated . Which stopped after a couple of day.

Forward to August 13th I started working out again with elliptical cross machine I would feel tension around my incisions but I kept going for 5 days now I’m suffering the same pain bloating and constipation and swollen also these period were around my ovulation.

I’m super scared and surgery isn’t cheap I paid roughly 10,000€ For my surgery I can’t afford another surgery .

I’m not sure if the cyst is back or my incision aren’t healed internally and just been triggered by working out .btw I don’t have endometriosis my Doctor confirmed that and my cyst was a regular cyst
