Pregnancy Prep!

Hello All,

I have just recently had surgery for my endometriosis and luckily, I was given the all clear reproductively. Most of my lesions were on abdominal/pelvic walls amongst other places, but my uterus, Fallopian tubes and ovaries all seem to be in good health.

Following this, my partner and I opened up a conversation about pregnancy. Before now, this is something that we never considered as we have watched others in our life struggle on their pregnancy journey due to endometriosis and weren’t sure if this was something that we could handle. However, since surgery, we have decided that we would like to try.

I don’t want to wait too long - I’m frightened this will give the endo too much time to regrow and to potentially cause more damage.

So my question is - to those of you with endometriosis who are trying to or have successfully conceived - is there anything that I can do to prepare my body for pregnancy and to try and increase my chances?

Thank you in advance for any advice!
