Nerve pain and endo left inside after laparoscopy

I recently had my first laparoscopy. They found endo on my urethra under my left kidney. He said he didn’t remove it because he would of damaged my urethra. It could grow/ spread get worse now it’s left or it could disappear he said!

He also found endo scarring all at the back of my womb and the scarring will be why I live in pain. Can you not get rid of scarring? He was confident the endo would be back in the same place very soon- even within three months but as it wasn’t there on that day he couldn’t do anything?

He also said my right side severe pain that is all around my groin and thigh will be my nerve that will of been damaged by endo.

What am I supposed to do now with nerve damage? I love with some sort of pain every day and before and during my period it’s severe.

He said I now have to have IVF to conceive ( I’ve had my first appointment) and then after a baby he will do the operation all over again.

I am so happy to have a diagnosis but I’m left with loving with all the same problems.
