Hello I had laparoscopic surgery 6 weeks ago and had adhesions removed from ovaries and from pelvic area as well as other areas

I’m now 6 weeks post op but I’m getting period type pain around the pelvis area which is really bothering me as I had this type of pain before the op does anyone think I should be worried I have this pain? Or could it still be just pain from recovering from the operation and will it go in time? Just wanted to get peoples advice on this please

I’m 7 weeks post op from lap for ovarian cyst removal and I’m getting the exact pain as you and also had it before I had the op and I’m also worrying if it’s healing pain or whether the cyst has grown back!! I’m really stressing out and hoping someone could give us some answers!! Xx
