Anyone on Visanne (dienogest) and breastfeeding?

Hi, the gyne gave me cerazette but I'm forever bleeding on it and I don't find it acceptable to be bleeding for up to 3 months before it settles.

I'm taking it to avoid return of endometriosis after new pregnancy, like I had return of endo after my first pregnancy, but I am breastfeeding, so I can't take any random pill.

Cerazette is making me bleed everyday and I really don't think any amount of bleeding is acceptable for endometriosis.

I used to be on Visanne before my lap in 2018 and tolerated it well so I was hoping to use this instead of cerazette.

But, although every thing/one says you can take progesterone only pill while breastfeeding, the prescribing information says not to take Visanne when breastfeeding.

I cannot find any study that says that the amount found in milk is clinically significant, like it says for cerazette.

Any experience anyone?
