Thankyou went ok.... he was brill really passionate about what he does and listened well. He suspects endo too effecting my bowels.... hes put me on his NHS waiting list and said striaght to a lap tha teill be diagnositic aswell and treating anything found. His nhs list is 12-18months however I have option to pay private.... i get married ( i bloody hope so 3rd time lucky after moving with covid) end of September so wouldn't want any surgery before that anyway but im saving every penny now if I have to pay as I cant imgine having to wait over 12mths no way.

That's great. So glad you are getting help. Did he suggest anything to help you in the meantime?

Well I already had my implant put back in to help ease symptoms as when I had that in I was fine and didnt have periods. He said there are other options too, didnt give detail.

I also follow a low FODMAP diet which he also recommends.

The thing with this endo ive learnt is everyones symptoms and things that help are all so vaired its not one size fits all.

I think thats why its such a stuggle to get sorted and diagnised and the right treatment, your lucky if you grt to see a Bsge registered speacalist

Endo care is absoultey shocking it really is!!!!!!

This page has really helped me but it also makes me so sad how many of us are really struggling with this x

You're doing great!! It's all such an unknown and you are right with all the other symptoms. I saw an acupuncturist last week and she gave me some other tips and info on email. Happy to forward if you want to message me your email address. X
